Imam Hussain (AS) narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said:

A person who sees an oppressive ruler making Halal into Haram and vice-versa and breaks promises, and denies the traditions of the Prophet (PBUH) and commits sins and transgresses beyond boundaries; but does not resist such ruler with speech or action, it is with Allah (SWT) to throw such a person into hell with the same oppressor [1].
