The Al-Qamar Cultural Forum Center, affiliated to the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, announced the launch of the Athar competition (for visual content makers), which is part of the broadest and most comprehensive program on the Mahdawi issue, launched in the middle of the month of Sha’ban last 1443 AH.
Terms and details of the competition:
- The competition is concerned with the presentation of video clips which content relates to our authentic culture regarding Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance), and the associated moral, intellectual, scientific and historical issues and the vision of the supreme religious authority.
- The participant chooses the appropriate material in which he sees a product that serves the cultural reality, especially the youth.
- The material is presented in the form of videos, whether they are (interviews, surveys, infographics, etc.), provided that their duration does not exceed (five minutes) and not less than (one minute).
- The article must not be previously presented or quoted from another article.
- Entries are submitted to a special evaluation committee and the best entries are selected within specific criteria.
- The deadline for receiving entries in the end of the month of Muharram al-Haram for the year 1444 AH.
Note that there are valuable financial and in-kind prizes for the best entries, and a special ceremony will be held to honor the winners.
