On the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (peace be upon her), the daughter of Imam Musa Kazem (PBUH) and sister of Imam Reza (PBUH), the changing of the flag ceremony was carried out at her Holy Shrine in Qom, South of Tehran.

Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Saeedi, the Head of Astaan Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH) and various other religious scholars and officials attended the changing of the flag ceremony, Iran Press reported.

The ten- day period between the auspicious birthday anniversaries of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (peace be upon her) and Imam Ali Ebne Musa Al-Reza (peace be upon him) has been designated as 'ten days of dignity'. This year it falls between 4th and 14th of July 2019.

In many Iranian towns and cities special ceremonies and events are planned and held during this ten- day period.
