It is narrated from Imam Ridha/Reza (AS) who said:

Wealth cannot be gathered unless with five characteristics in one place: Severe stinginess, far reaching desires, a dominant greed, cutting ties with family and relatives, and preferring the targets of the world to the hereafter [1].
