It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who recommended to Imam Ali (AS): O’ Ali (AS), I recommend to you some deeds which I want you to write them down (and pass them to all the believers).
- Truthfulness: Never allow a lie to come out of your mouth.
- Fear Allah (SWT): As if you can see God.
- Cry a lot from fearing God: For every teardrop, thousand houses will be built for you in heaven.
- Sacrifice your wealth and life in the way of God and your religion.
- Follow my traditions and my ways in Salaat, fasting, and Sadaqah; fifty Rok’ats of Salaat Daily), fast three days every month (except in Ramadhan when fasting is for a whole month), first Thursday of the month, Middle Wednesday of the month, the last Thursday of the month; and pay Sadaqah until you are told you are going beyond your means, even though you are not.
- Perform night Salaat, and Salaat at noon and the Prophet (PBUH) repeated this three times.
- Recite the Quran in any condition, and raise your hands when reciting Takbir in Salaat.
- Brush your teeth with Every Wudhu, and be good-tempered, and be nice to people, and avoid being bad-tempered, and if you are, do not blame anyone except yourself [1].
