It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said:

There are three indicators for patience and resistance: 1) the human being does not weaken his/her morale, 2) Does not make his/her morale tired, 3) Does not complain to God, because weariness causes the destruction of the truth, and tiredness causes ingratitude, and complaining to God will lead to defiance of Allah (SWT) [1]. In another narration, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said: The belief has two halves; one half is in patience and resistance and the other half in thankfulness (thanking God) [2]. And in another place, the Prophet (PBUH) said: Allah (SWT) has not granted anything better than patience and resistance to God’s servants [3].
