When Imam Hussain (AS) was informed that Abdullah Ibn Aamer one of Bani Omayyad’s officials has paid some this and that Sadaqah and has released some slaves;

Imam (AS) replied: His example is like the one who steals from Hajis and then pays Sadaqah from the stolen properties. Then, Imam Hussain (AS) added: The pure and clean Sadaqah is from a person who paid it from his/her income which has been earned when his forehead is covered with sweat and dust. When Imam Sadeq (AS) was asked: Who did Imam Hussain (AS) mean? Imam (AS) replied: Imam Ali Ibn Abitalib (AS) [1].
