One of the companions of Imam Sadeq (AS) asked him about the rights of a believer on another believer.
Imam Sadeq (AS) replied: 1) The easiest right is that whatever you want for yourself, want that thing for your believing brother, and whatever you consider bad for yourself, consider bad for others. 2) Try to help your believing brother and fulfil his needs as much as you can and try to attain his satisfaction. 3) Help your believing brother with money, your hands, and feet and tongue. 4) Always be a guide and his eyes and a mirror and shirt (cover) to him. 5) You should never be full and your believing brother hungry, and you be covered whilst he has nothing to wear [1].
