Imam Ali (AS) said:

Among people, with the title of judge, they (fake judges) engage in judgement, and undertake (responsibility of) resolving others problems; then if a problem appears, they want to resolve it by empty, useless words and fake ruling; an ignorant who travels in the way of ignorance, a blind who is seeking the lost one in the dark, does not speak based on knowledge and certainty, narrates narrations without having the knowledge. Swear to Allah (SWT), they neither know the way to issue sentences to solve problems, nor are suitable for judgement. Whatever is not accepted by them is not considered as knowledge, and they do not consider any religion to be the truth except their own ways. If they do not know about a decree, they cover it, so their ignorance is not revealed, the blood of innocent is boiling because of their oppressive decrees, and the screams of the lost ones is loud [1].
