In commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of the Imam Abu Mohammad al-Hassan son of Ali al-'Askari (peace be upon them),

and all that happened to his family and lovers, especially his son the Owner of Order and the Time; the Awaited Imam al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) in such day; the 8th of Rabi' Awwal in the year 260 AH. The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has held on Friday morning 8th of Rabi' Awwal 1440 AH, corresponding to November 16, 2018, a condolence council for its staff in the Hall of Honors, within a special condolence program for this sad occasion under the slogan: "All condolence to the Owner of the Order and the Time in this great sad day."
The council included a religious lecture delivered by Sayed Adnan al-Musawi from the Department of the Religious Affairs in the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, in which he shed lights on the aspects of the status and virtues of the Imam (peace be upon him) as well as the injustice he faced with great patience, as well as the great role played by Imam al-'Askari (peace be upon him) in preserving the Islamic heritage and its supreme principles despite all the challenges created by the enemies of Islam, and the oppression which he (peace be upon him) has faced from the kings of Bani Abbas.
