The eighth edition of a Quran teacher training course organized by the Islamic Centre of England will begin on November 15.
The two-term course will include lessons on improving skills related to teaching Quran reading, memorization, Tajweed principles and recitation, and Quranic concepts as well as use of Quranic verses and stories.
It will be held for both men and women. Those willing to take it need to have mastery over reading of the Quran.
Seyed Jalal Masoumi, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Saeed Bahmanpour, Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Ali Shomali and Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Zia Makki will be the instructors.
The Islamic Centre of England is a Shia Islamic religious and cultural center in London whose mission is to provide services to members of the Muslim community, in particular, and the wider community at large, focusing on religious guidance and cultural issues.
