Is there any use to be sad about the calamities happened to Ahlul Bait (AS)?

It is narrated from Imam Sadeq (AS) who said: The soul and the body of the one who is sad and heavy-hearted because of all the oppression happening to us (Ahlul Bait AS), is considered as praise, and the sadness and sorrow of such a person is worship (of God) [1].
