The Imam Ridha City affiliated with the Imam Ali (PBUH) Holy Shrine provides meals and overnight lodging for pilgrims from inside and outside Iraq in halls capable of accommodating over (7000) people.

The town has a medical dispensary to provide therapeutic services to the pilgrims and a kitchen providing three meals daily estimated as (4000) ones. Moreover, there are a number of electric vehicles transporting the pilgrims to the nearest possible area to the Holy Shrine.
