(AhlulBayt News Agency) - In cooperation with Najaf Education Directorate, the Religious Teaching and Guidance Division in the Religious Affairs Department in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) hosted more than four thousand students during the previous two months.
In a press statement to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine, the head of the Division Sayyid Ali al-Shara’ stated, “We ran this program responding to the instructions of the Highest Religious Authority with regard to guiding the youth, students in particular, and in order to fill the religious need gap with the sciences and knowledge of Ahlul Bayt, peace be upon them. We coordinated with the Machinery, Public Relations and Hospitality Departments in order to facilitate the activities of the program.”
“We host two-three schools per day. Our vehicles transport the students from their schools to the holy shrine and vice versa. We take them round the landmarks of the holy shrine after performing the ziyarah of Imam Ali (PBUH). Shortly afterwards, they listen to a religious doctrinal lecture from one of the preachers of our Division. At last, we take them to the hospitality hall of the holy shrine to have a blessing snack,” he clarified.
