Imam Ali (AS) said:

News have reached me that a man from Shaam army has entered the house of a Muslim woman and a non-Muslim woman who have been under the protection of the Islamic government and has robbed their necklaces, earings, bracelets, and bangles; whilst they had not had any defence except crying and begging. The Shaam army left with lots of spoils without even one of them being injured, or a drop of blood spilt. If a Muslim die due to this sorrowful bitter event, will not be blamed and in my opinion it is appropriate [1].
