The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Berlin, Germany, will host a program on Monday evening to celebrate the birthday of Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS), the second Shia Imam.
According to the center, it will begin at 7pm local time with congregational Maghrib and Isha prayers and Iftar (breaking fast).
Reading a Juz (part) of the Quran, reciting the Iftitah supplication, and recitation of eulogies will be parts of the ceremony.
There will also be a speech by Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hadi Mofatteh, director of the Islamic Center Hamburg.
The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Stockholm, Sweden, will also host a similar celebration tonight.
Tuesday, May 21, will be the 15th day of the holy month of Ramadan which marks the birthday anniversary of the second Imam (AS).
