In cooperation with the Iraqi Translators’ Association, Ameerul Mumineen Center for Translation that belongs to the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs Department in the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH) held a seminar entitled ‘The Loss of Quranic Subtleties in Translation.’

“We made a comparison among a number of the translations of the Holy Quran and discussed them thoroughly. We considered the Quranic subtleties and explained whether the translators could transfer them into the target languages or not,” the researcher and translator in the Center Mohammed al-Mansouri stated.
