Imam Ali (AS) narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said:

The first present which you give your child is a beautiful name; therefore choose beautiful names for your children [1]. Beautiful name means a name with a beautiful meaning, names that indicate praise of God, or names of infallibles; for example names of the prophets and Imams which indicate their great personalities.
