SHAFAQNA – It is narrated that when Imam Ali (AS) was the Caliph of the time, sometimes in the heat of summer he used to come out of the government house and sit near the entrance.

The guards asked him: O’ Amiral Momeneen, why here and in this heat? You go inside, if any clients or visitors come, we will direct them to the right place. Imam Ali (AS) said: No, at the moment, I am not busy, I have come here so that those needing help are not delayed and their problems are solved faster [1]. It is also narrated from Imam Mahdi (AJ) who said: Make yourself available to everyone and sit in front of the house so that people can meet you faster, and fulfill their needs, we will help you [2].
