French Pilgrims: “I wish to be servant of Imam Reza Holy Shrine”

SHAFAQNA – Taha Hussain, a French pilgrim, said, “I would like to serve the pilgrims of Imam Reza (AS) as a servant of this holy shrine.”

Taha Hussein, in a meeting with officials at the Astan Quds Razavi International Affairs Center, said, “I am 43 years old and I was familiar with Islam since childhood, but I chose Shiite religion since thirty years ago.”

“I still remember how absurd were the ideas about the Shiite religion. My father studied the history of Algeria in order to become familiar with our past and to know that we are the sons of Imam Hassan (AS)”, he continued.

The French pilgrim pointed out, “Since we found out that we are descendants of Imam Hassan (AS), we are trying to learn more about the Ahl al-Bayt was (AS) as what we knew before, was all false.”

“My wife and my daughters Zahra and Narges and me have visited for the fifth time the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS)”, He said about the trip to the holy city of Mashhad.

This French pilgrim also referred to his devotion to Imam Reza (AS) and added, “I would like to serve as a servant of this holy shrine the pilgrims of Imam Reza (AS).”

Narges Hussein, the 12-year-old daughter, who expressed joy for her presence in Mashhad said, “I am glad that I can understand spirituality in this holy shrine, and I’m sure Imam Reza (AS) sees me and hears me.”

Also Zahra Hussein said, “The school condemns our veil, and we have to remove our veil in the classmates. I feel good about the city of Mashhad and feel safe in the shrine of Imam Reza (AS),” she continued.
