According to alforatnews, The Australian government allocated $ 75,000 to the Islamic Center of Shiites within the context of its country Special Grants to Religious Places.

The Shiites Association of Australia announced in a statement that Government agrees to donate $ 75,000 to the Shiite Association of Australia for development of security affairs of Ahlul-Bayt (AS) mosques.

A part of this amount is spent on replacing the iron doors of the mosques, repairing the walls of the mosques and other repairs related to religious places of Shiites, the Shiites Association said.

The Australian Shiite Association praised the government for supporting charitable institutions and special attention to mosques and places of worship.
