SHAFAQNA-Scientific Conference “Razavi Culture and Lady Goharshad” with the presence of prominent and renowned cultural figures of Herat province of Afghanistan was held at Sheikh Tabarsi Hall of Islamic Research Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi.

According to Astan News, Seyyed Morteza Bakhtiari, Deputy Custodian of the Astan Quds Razavi, spoke about the place for holding scientific conferences to present the true Islam in the event.
Ali Sarvari Majd, Secretary of the Goharshad World Award, described the goals for holding the Goharshad World Award at the beginning of the conference.
Then, Hujjat al-Islam Hashemi Ozargani, the professor of Al-Mustafa International University, on the role of women in Islamic civilization, and Hujjat al-Islam Rezayi, another Al-Mustafa International University professor, spoke about the role of women in the rational and emotional education of the religious community.
Mohadese Rezayi was another speaker at the conference, who delivered speeches on the pathology of women’s presence in the fields of culture and politics in Afghan’s society.
Walishah Bahreh, former head of the Herat Intelligence and Culture also spoke in the course of the meeting.
Holding cultural commission with the responsibility of Abolfazl Hassanabadi, the director of the Astan Quds Razavi’s Documents and Press Center at Sheikh Tusi Hall and scientific commission were among other programs of the conference.
It is worth mentioning that in the numerous parts of this conference, the women of Lady Goharshad’s literary community read poetry.
